The picture quality was awesome and the quality of the montior was great. However, the sound was unsatisfactory. It had a constant buzzing sound, and I tried everything in my house to see what was interfering with the product. I eventually had to send it back, because we could not hear our "little one" over the buzzing.

I bought this monitor when my baby was about 4mths old and now can't live without it. I agree with the other comment about the buzzing, however, I just use my regular monitor for sound usually---also because the video monitor does not have a battery backup. I love the PIP function!!!! If we're watching TV we plug the monitor in and leave him in the little corner so we can always see him. Cons would be the lack of a battery for the monitor and that it has a little trouble deciding color mode vs. night mode if there is a bit of sunlight coming in.

I like this monitor for the most part. The screen is great. The noise however, is not. It is always static filled and you cannot get it to adjust so I can't turn the sound up. Also, a word of caution: PULL OFF THE BLACK LITTLE FEET ON THE BOTTOM OF THE CAMERA, MY SON PULLED ONE OFF AND ATE IT. They don't do any good anyways, you wont need them!

The picture quality is good. However, the sound has lots of static. I have to keep it turned all the way down, or I would not be able to sleep at night. One of my cameras stopped working about 6 months after I purchased it.
